How do I cancel my membership?

Visitor passes for 1 day, 1 week and 1 month cannot be canceled.

Month-to-Month memberships can be canceled by emailing info@qualityfitnessclub.com or calling 252-862-2536. Memberships cancellations much be submitted 10 days prior to membership renewal (20th of each month).

I currently have a “no commitment” monthly membership but want to increase to a 12 month commitment. How do I sign up for the new membership and am I charged the signup fee again?
What day of the month does monthly memberships bill?
If I signup today, how much is due?
If I signup today, when can I start working out?
